Guided Meditation for Beginners – Grounding Like A Tree

Sometimes, in this busy world that we live in it’s important to take a few moments for ourselves and GROUND. Staying grounded and rooted to Mother Earth is an essential part of living a balanced life. Balancing and cleansing our energy on a regular basis is extremely rewarding and can bring you a lot of peace, inner clam, and personal strength.

Please join me in my backyard for an easy and fun guided mediation where we will focus on grounding by growing roots and merge into trees. 🙂 It may seem silly at first, but give it a shot….it’s just us, so relax and travel inward without fear of judgment.
