Mt. Shasta has long drawn spiritual seekers from all over the world, and now we will bask in all of her glory! Michelle Walsh of My Village Well, and myself are thrilled to be co-facilitating this week together.

Our time will be dedicated to meditation, creative expression, drumming, day trips to the sacred mountain, writing, chilling, naps and star gazing.
