Many blessings to you and yours on this beautiful fall day.
Can you feel the beginnings of winter approaching? Cool nights, crisp air, critters packing away nuts as well as building their dens for the the winter. We see leaves dropping from trees and flowers going to sleep underground until they are ready to bloom again next spring. Hibernation time is on it’s way!
Hibernation is healthy. It’s good for us to slow down a bit and let our bodies , minds and spirits REST and RECHARGE a bit.
I invite you to take a quick walk with me in my favorite forest.
We can learn a lot from nature…..
Thank you for your time. May you Walk In Beauty and hibernate well.
