Happy Spring! I love this time of year, with all the flowers blooming, eggs being laid., babies being born, bears waking up, warm days and cool nights…. I love it! I am just back from two weekends in a 
We are ALL busy – it’s the world we live in. But it’s okay to be away from the electronic leashes that bind you. Give it a shot! J We are meant to be in and with nature. If you don’t have time to get away for a weekend, I suggest doing whatever you can do.. Perhaps sit in the grass and eat your lunch. Look for birds and flowers on your next walk. Visit a local park and lean against a tree while you watch the squirrels. Take your shoes off. Enjoy the feeling of the sunshine on your skin. Enjoy all these little things, and JUST BREATHE. Breathe slowly in and out and just be still. You deserve to have your batteries charged.
DRUMMING CIRCLE
I’m super excited to host a number of upcoming Drumming Circles throughout the next few seasons. I’m grateful to be facilitating these events once again. I look forward to building a strong community of drumming peeps. Also, it’s not on the calendar yet, but my good friend and teaching partner, Emily Kritzer, and I will be hosting some fun KIDS DRUMMING CIRCLES this summer too – I will keep you posted!
So what happens at a Drumming Circle? Well, it’s pretty much what it sounds like – a group of people come together and drum. The drumming is typically led by a facilitator who will set the tone for the event and guide participants as needed. One of the best parts of a Drum Circle, besides the coming together of people, is the strong positive and loving intention. Intention is one of the main ingredients of a Circle. These ceremonies are open to all – come as you are.
Donations will be collected for charity. Bring your drum, or other percussive instrument, or use some of the many instruments provided.
Bringing Community Together & Partnering With Grace Cloyd
My good friend Grace Cloyd http://www.lifebysoul.com/ and I are joining forces to offer a monthly 
workshop where people can come together to discuss and ask questions about most anything from a metaphysical perspective. Grace has been leading these meetings for a while now, and I am honored to be a part of these events where you will learn and explore ways to apply and share your unique intuitive abilities and discuss common individual experiences to assist you in interpreting your spiritual messages. We may also discuss current events from a metaphysical perspective. Please bring a journal or notebook. Donations will be collected for charity. Last month our collected donations went to help the 13th Street Cat Rescue in San Jose CA. www.13thstcats.org

Okay, this is going to be super fun!! I have a limited supply of beautiful Terra-cotta roof tiles that are
waiting to be transformed into Tiki Warriors! Every student will receive hands-on step by step instruction to create their own personal clay tile Tiki Warrior mask. These fun tiles look great leaning and/or hanging on a wall or a fence. Space is limited. Cost $45 per student. All supplies are included.
