Sound Bath and Qi Gong (with Qi Tom)

Join us in community for this one time transformative healing session with our beloved Shamamama and Qi-Tom.

Karen Adamski, aka The Shamamama, will begin our time together playing her bowls and other instruments, creating a calming sound bath. Rest on your mat and let the healing wash over you.

Next, Tom will lead us through a very gentle meditative movement called Qi Gong. The invitation is to let go of any stuck emotions that are taking up residence in your organs.

All of this will take place in our private backyard oasis in Willow Glen.
