Over the past month I have been painting how I feel about FREEDOM.  Using one canvas, I paint the newest painting on top of the last painting.  This is kind of like painting meditation…..and its’ AWESOME!!  It’s not about what the painting ends up looking like.  It’s about expressing feelings through paint.  I hope this inspires you.  Be well.
