Hello! I hope this posting finds you well. 🙂 Here is a quick look at an easy meditative painting practice that YOU can do! I urge you to take as little as 1o minutes a day for yourself, and just paint. Or maybe you start out with doodling…..but taking a conscious step to check out of your left brain for a bit is a super great gift you can give yourself. Drop all expectations and just dive in.
