By the end of the day, you should feel clarity in your head, a slowing down of your energy/heart rate, a new awareness of the beauty around you, a closer connection to nature, and a bit more balance in your soul.
Pack your lunch and water for the day, wear your walking shoes, wear an extra layer, and you’ll be good to go.
