Let’s Gather and Quest

What’s a Mini Vision Quest? … It’s a one-day event, spent in nature, solitude, creativity, and inner thought.  This is a day to intentionally UNPLUG from the fast-paced world, and PLUG-IN to nature.

A Mini Vision Quest is meant to give you a small peek at what a traditional  would look like.

Although this is only one day of intentionally stepping away from the world, it will serve you well.   By the end of the day, you should feel clarity in your head,  a slowing down of your energy/heart rate,  a new awareness of the beauty around you, a closer connection to nature, and a bit more balance in your soul.

Pack your lunch and water for the day, wear your walking shoes, wear an extra layer, and you’ll be good to go.

A craft lesson will be included at the end of the day.  All supplies will be included.

Additionally, this day includes guided meditation, spiritual guidance, and lessons about the land and animals.

This event is intentionally held on a weekday (Wednesday) for two reasons.  One, the park will be less crowded.  And two, it is powerful to intentionally take a day for yourself.  Not to run errands, but to heal and fuel your mind, body, and spirit. Chances are you would advise a loved one to do this, so why not yourself?

This is an all day event.  9:00am – 4:00pm.  $55 per participant
