LIVE – Full Moon Pumpkin Painting Party

Let’s celebrate the FULL MOON and welcome in Fall by painting PUMPKINS!  This is a fun and easy lesson for all ages and levels.  I will take you step by step through the fun process of creating a pumpkin basking in the light of the Full Moon.  I will be working with acrylic paints on a canvas, but please know you can easily follow this lesson while using other mediums. 

Here is a recommended list of tools:

1 canvas – 8″x10″ or larger

5 brushes – ranging from thin to 1″+ wide

Old toothbrush or a stiff stencil brush

Paint: white, black, red, yellow, orange, blue and magenta, brown and/or gold

1 pallet – like a meat tray or paper plate

1 jar of rinse water

1 drop cloth – a towel works well

Something circular to trace your moon
