Full Moon Drum & Paint

LET”S TRY SOMETHING NEW for this Full Moon! Since it has been challenging from an audio standpoint to hold drumming circles via Zoom, I thought we could try virtually PAINTING together under the FULL MOON. Along with painting, feel free to stop and DRUM and/or RATTLE if you feel called.

Please join me for this sacred experience where we bring in and connect with the energy of the Full Moon. YOU deserve this!! We will use COLOR, CANVAS, VIBRATION & INTENTION to heal, and send energy to Mama Earth, ourselves, and to all living things. This guided painting practice is good for all ages and all levels of artists. Everyone is welcome.

Don’t feel like painting?…That’s cool. Feel free to watch restfully and practice some personal drumming.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED (if you choose to paint along)
*1 canvas (any size will do – I will be painting on a chunky 6″x6″ canvas)*Markers – Sharpie*Pencil

*Something you can use to trace out the shape of a circle (bowl, plate, cut, stencil) Be sure it’s the size that you want your moon to be…this circle will be our moon template

*Acrylic Paint : White, Magenta, Purple, Blue, Yellow, and Black (suggested colors – you do you!!)*Paint Brushes

*Cap from a plastic water bottle or other small circular do-dads

*Paper towel or a couple of rags

*Rinse water

*Drop-cloth (an old towel or sheet works well)
