It is time to circle up IN PERSON and create, explore & celebrate our Power + Artistry at the spectacular Wallowa Lake Camp in Joseph, OR!
I am SO excited to invite you to join me in my magical mountain home in NE Oregon. This will be the FIRST time I have hosted a retreat on this sacred land. The Nez Perce Tribe lived here free until 1877, the last tribe in the continental United States to enjoy their freedom. This means this ancient wisdom was last practiced here and with 2 million acres and only a population of 7000 people, this land has been preserved on all levels.
If you have taken my DailyOM “Painting with Heart” online course, you have seen much of my magical home… We will be walking distance from Wallowa Lake!
During the retreat, we will paint together, in a variety of workshops, to even more deeply connect to our most authentic creative expression. One workshop each day for the entire group will be led by me, Whitney Freya, and other painting workshops will be held in break out sessions by different Creatively Fit Coaches.
Also, you will receive guided audio meditations from me leading up to the retreat to open & prepare and following the retreat to integrate & inspire. I can feel that this retreat will be a powerful activation for all of us– the divine feminine circling up in the creative frequency and creating synergy that we will take home with us in a myriad of ways.

I will also be offering special full-day pre-and post-conference studio experiences (for an extra fee) for small groups of 5 to paint with me in my studio, eat lunch in my home, and enjoy a hot tub happy hour! Stay tuned for information on how to up-level your retreat experience with this intimate creative experience.
The deets…
INCLUDED in Retreat Fee: Accommodations, all meals except one dinner during a free night, paints, unstretched canvas (for easy traveling home), yoga sessions, sound bath (crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, drum, rain stick, chimes…), fire ceremony, all painting workshops (2 minimum each day: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday at the Wallowa Lake Camp) and many other magical experiences are all included in the retreat fee!
NOT INCLUDED: Wednesday night dinner, adult beverages (most rooms have a mini-fridge, microwave and coffee machine.) Transportation to or from Joseph, OR. YOU will bring an art journal (that you could use with acrylic paints), a set of acrylic paints (we will have extra of the primary colors should you need more paint), a writing journal, paintbrushes, and any other magical creative supplies you would like to use or contribute (mixed media, etc).
Monday, October 3rd: 6p Opening Dinner and Creative Circle until 10p.
Tuesday, October 4th: Morning Meditation or Movement, Breakfast, 10-noon Painting Workshop with Whitney Freya, Lunch, 1-3 Painting Workshops, 3:30-5:30 Painting Workshops, Dinner, Sound bath.
Wednesday, October 5th: Morning Meditation or Movement, Breakfast, 10-noon Painting Workshop with Whitney Freya, Lunch, 1-3 Painting Workshops, 3:30-5:30 Painting Workshops, FREE dinner + night!
Thursday, October 6th: Morning Meditation or Movement, 10-noon Painting Workshop with Whitney Freya, Lunch, OUTDOOR exploring time, Dinner, Fire Ceremony, Open Studio
Friday, October 7th: Breakfast, Closing Circle. You can leave as early as 11a.
