DESCRIPTION:Radical Self-Expression: A painting journey into your Bad-Assery \nJoin us for a day filled with movement\, grounding\, and painting surrounded by the beauty of Sanborn Park in Saratoga California.  \nAbout This Day \nCome along with us for a day filled with expressive color\, gentle movement and healing sound.   No matter what your artistic level\, you will enjoy this fun and meaningful course designed to take you on a journey into self discovery and acceptance.   \nYou will be guided and supported  along the way as you paint with the intention of igniting & owning your bad-assery. \nThis class focuses on expressing your uniqueness through paint\, and is a must for anyone who wants to feel less intimidated by art….or life in general! \nWe will use color\, intuition\, intention\, stencils\, brushes and maybe our hands as our tools in this joyful workshop.  And\, this event is perfect for all levels. Zero painting experience required and seasoned art professionals are welcome…there is room for everyone! \nWe will be painting with acrylic on canvas.  All supplies will be provided. \nWhat To Expect \n-Connect with your inner self \n-Therapeutic Yoga (all abilities will be honored….you’ve got this) \n-Afternoon sound bath \n-Paint expressively with the intention of traveling inward\, gaining clarity\, self love and inner  power.   \n-Break bread with friends (lunch included) \n-Explore the redwood forests \n-Build community and make new friends \n*Our home base for the day is the Costanoan picnic area which has covered tables and nearby restrooms. \n*There is a $6.00 parking fee that will be collected when you arrive at the park. \nMariah Moon & Karen Adamski\nMeet your Hosts \nMariah Moon is a Creatively Fit Coach and Therapeutic Yoga Teacher. She teaches Intuitive-Intentional art.
