SUMMARY:RISE ABOVE Painting Workshop
DESCRIPTION:This small group class (5 max) will be led by Certified Creatively Fit Coach Karen Adamski. The foundation of this workshop comes from the beautiful book Rise Above One Brushstroke at a Time by Whitney Freya. Every student will receive their own signed copy of this book to take home so you can carry-on with you you’re your own personal painting practice. \nEvery indigenous culture understood that life is symbolic and our animal allies hold keys to understanding more of who we are and what is possible. Through guided meditation and stream of consciousness writing and painting\, you will connect with an animal totem and gain new clarity into how to create what is next for you. \nAs you paint your personal animal totem canvas\, you will experience a raising of your vibration\, an elevation of your belief into what is available to you now\, and a renewed ability to let go of whatever is no longer serving you. \nRegistration includes Karen’s expert guidance\, sound healing\, guided meditation\, a signed copy of Whitney’s book\, and all the art supplies are included.
